We also accept check or money order payment for mail orders. (Please note that orders paid by check can sometimes take up to 7 or more days for processing). 

Return Policy 
In unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, or have received the wrong merchandise, please contact or customer service department as soon as possible to determine the best method for replacement of your product. 
For Product Damaged during shipping: You must immediately contact the carrier to file a damaged merchandise claim within 3 days of receipt. You must have original box available for their inspection. UnikOrganics.Com must be notified by you regarding this claim.

Returns: Email us at sales@unikorganics.com for authorization to return. Please note: we will not accept any returns without authorization.  No refunds will be issued after 30 days of invoice date.  Freight charges are excluded from refunds.

International Shipping Policy
Please note: Customer is responsible for own Custom and Duties Charges. International customers order at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Some countries restrict the import of herbal products. So please check with your post office before ordering.
